This has to be hands down the best most favored meal of all meals that I make. Every kid I serve it to wants thirds! It comes from my favorite recipe book called 'Deceptively Delicious' by Jessica Seinfeld. She has amazing recipes that sneak in those delicious vegetables that kids seem to either push around on their plates or try feeding to the dog. This recipe can easily be made healthier with using low, skim, or reduced fat type ingredients which you may already buy or prefer.
