This here is a super easy recipe especially when you are making it for a lot of people. We do so love our breakfast for lunch days!

The Frittata

Ingredients

1 tbsp. butter

8 eggs

½ cup cheese (any kind or even a mix)

Salt & pepper

2 cups vegetables & or meat (sausage, ham, bacon)

 

Directions

1)Preheat oven to 350F

2) Heat the butter in a pan and sauté any of the ingredients that need to be precooked.

3) In a bowl beat the eggs and add in the cheese and salt and pepper.

4) Combine everything into an oven safe dish, sprinkle some extra cheese on top, and bake for 10-15 minutes.

5) Serve it hot or cold.
